Placement:

Step 1. Use the /crate givecrate %Player% %name-of-crate% Step 2. Place the using right click. You should be good to go after that

Use %Player% placeholder for giving the crate in any configuration (depending on the plugin), Give correct name of the crate do not type random infromation.
